Perspective

You never realize how fast time goes by until you have children.

I'm a person who LOVES to reminisce. I can remember so many moments with my little guy throughout his three years of life. Some things seem like they were so long ago, but then some things seem like they just happened yesterday. He is quite the little boy, playing in the dirt and rocks. He tells me that he's too big to hold my hand (now that he's 3 and all). He even has the "(deep sigh) Mom..." thing going on now. He already thinks I'm a nag! haha However, he does still like to snuggle before bed and talk about the day. Whenever he comes up behind and hugs me, I stop whatever I'm doing. That sweet hug is then followed with, "Love you, Mommy." He is truly so sweet and kind and loving. 

This little ray of sunshine is already growing up too fast. Her life is flying by, and I'm not sure if the reason it seems that way this time around is because I have two little ones to look after, which makes me very busy. I have no idea where the days go, but I do know one thing: they don't contain an ounce of boredom. Right now I'm trying to savor every moment I can. Her smell....her snuggles...her facial expressions...everything.
